Adequate
chaperones should be provided for your students. We recommend a
ratio of (1) chaperone per (20) students.

Any
parental questions or inquiries on the day of the festival should be
directed to Roxanna Hurst or Rae Svecz instead of calling the
college. I there is an emergency or a need to locate a student,
please call this number 351-2725.

Students
should limit their visitation to only the Sol Davidow Hall. Students
are not to go onto the balcony of the Field House. A Festival
volunteer will escort groups who wish to attend the glassblowing
demonstration in the Glass Center.

Please
emphasize to your students that they should be courteous and remain
quiet during performances. They should not enter or leave during a
performance.

Visual
art visually admired instead of the use of tactile faculties.
(Please do not touch the exhibited work.)

Food and
beverages may be purchased at Bondi & Son Concessions, located
outside at the front of the building. There are also vending
machines available in the hallway.

Food or
beverages may be eaten in the lobby area but must not be take into
any of the performance areas.

Please
inform your students that this is a non-smoking event and school
rules apply. NO SMOKING anywhere, inside the building or on
the campus of the college.

A
variety of activities are offered. Please encourage your student to
attend workshops and performances. A schedule of events will be
provided upon arrival.
